3 Hour Drug Education Program

Our 3-Hour Drug and Alcohol Education (Safe & Sober Program) is designed for drivers whom:•    Currently, possess a driver’s license from another country.

•    Currently, possess an Armed Forces License only

If you possess any of the licenses above you must complete this program before you can receive a license from the State of Maryland.
